Using keyboard shortcuts will increase efficiency of works enormously.

Access all settings
Scroll down to Keyboard Shortcuts section near the middle, then Left-Click Keyboard shortcuts on to enable keyboard shortcuts
Left-Click Save Changes on the bottom
