Phising - fraud emails impersonating companies to obtain private information such as credit card information

Bot - a program that try to pretend to be a human, usually used for malicious intent

Script - a program or sequence of instructions that are carried out by another program

Trigger - settings that allow a script to run automatically based on the criteria

Template - a present format for an email, used so that the format does not have to be recreated each time it is used
