Google Calendar

This section will teach you how to make events within gmails and send invite emails to them as well.


  1. Left Click on the Google Calendar icon on the column of icons on the right sidebar

  2. Left Click the date option on the top of the side window to select date of event

    • Left Click arrows on the top right corner is to change months
    • Left Click the desired date of the event to select date
  3. Scroll on the time table below the date selection to find desired event time

  4. Left Click and Hold then Drag up and down to select start and end time of event

    • NOTE: If done correctly it will create a box in the time table
  5. Left Click on Add Title on the top of the new window that popped up and Type your event name

  6. Below the date Left Click Add guests and Type in a guest’s email and Press Enter on your keyboard. Repeat until all guests are added.

  7. Set a reminder time by Left Clicking the option next to the bell icon near the bottom

  8. Left Click Save on the bottom right corner

  9. Left Click Send on the bottom right of the new window pop-up

Common Issues

  1. If You Create An Event At The Wrong Time

Customization

  • Add a location by Left Clicking Add Location and Type in location’s address

  • Add a Google Meet conference by Left Clicking Add Google Meet conference

  • Add a description by Left Clicking Add description and Type the event’s description

  • Set event color by Left Clicking the colored circle next to your name


After doing this it will also create an event in Google Calendar as well and all the guests will be sent an email. You will also be sent emails back telling you if your guests are coming or not.
