Create, Delete, and Send Templates

Create templates for common email responses to save time. They must first be enabled before they can be used.


Enabling Templates

  1. Access All Settings

  2. Left Click on the Advanced tab

  3. Click Enable on the Templates section to begin using it

Creating Templates

  1. Left Click Compose and draft a template email

  2. Left Click on the Three Dots at the bottom right of the composition window

  3. Left Click Save as New Template after navigating through the options for Templates

  4. Type a name for your template and Left Click Save

  5. (Optional) To overwrite an existing template, Left Click the saved template instead of Save. Afterwards, Left Click Save when prompted with a warning


Inserting Templates

  1. Left Click on the Three Dots at the bottom right of the composition window

  2. Left Click the template to insert after navigating through the options for Templates


Deleting Templates

  1. Left Click on the Three Dots at the bottom right of the composition window

  2. Left Click the template to delete after navigating through the options for Templates

  3. Left Click Delete when it presents a warning


With templates, you can now save time when writing repetitive emails.
